This document sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of the cricknx platform, including all sports betting markets, casino games, payment services, and promotions. Please read this agreement carefully before registering or placing your first bet.

These Terms & Conditions apply to every individual who accesses or uses the cricknx platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor browsing the site without an active account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current terms.

1. Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations correctly.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the cricknx platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account on, access, or use the cricknx platform in any capacity. This age restriction applies without exception. cricknx is strictly an adults-only platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. cricknx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to a complaint or suspicious account activity.
2.2 Age Verification. cricknx may require you to submit government-issued identity documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe requested by cricknx will result in the suspension of your account pending verification. Any winnings accumulated in an unverified account are not eligible for withdrawal until verification is complete.
2.3 Underage Gambling. If cricknx determines or reasonably suspects that a registered account is operated by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and the deposited funds (net of any winnings) will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. cricknx takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement investigation relating to underage account access.
2.4 Single Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the cricknx platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. All accounts found to be operated by the same individual may be closed and the balances forfeited.
2.5 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the cricknx platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. cricknx makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in any particular location outside Bangladesh. Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is not permitted, and any account found to be operating from a Prohibited Jurisdiction may be closed without notice.
Eligibility Checklist
3. Account Registration
All details submitted during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the cricknx platform, including the ability to deposit funds, place bets, and play casino games, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a date of birth, and the creation of a secure password. By completing the registration process, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the cricknx Privacy Policy.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any subsequent identity documents — must be accurate, truthful, and current. You are obliged to notify cricknx promptly if any of your registered details change. cricknx is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cricknx account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cricknx will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact cricknx support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). cricknx operates a Know Your Customer programme as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and financial integrity. You may be required at any time to submit identity verification documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Requests for KYC documents must be responded to within the timeframe specified by cricknx. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.
3.5 One Account Policy. As stated in Section 2.4, each individual is permitted to hold only one cricknx account. If you already hold an account and wish to change your registered mobile number or other details, please contact support rather than creating a new account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at cricknx's discretion, and any bonus funds in a duplicate account will be forfeited.
What You Need to Register
- Mobile Number: A valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control.
- Date of Birth: Your actual date of birth to confirm you are aged 18 or above.
- Secure Password: A strong password that you have not used on other platforms and that you keep confidential.
- Identity Documents: NID, passport, or birth certificate — required for KYC verification before withdrawals are processed.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the cricknx platform are conducted in BDT. cricknx supports instant deposits and fast withdrawals via major Bangladeshi mobile financial services.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. cricknx currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to your account may vary based on your account status and location. cricknx reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on the cricknx platform is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by cricknx, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your cricknx account in real time following successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
4.3 Deposit Fees. cricknx does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility. Please consult your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket terms of service for information on applicable fees.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible to request a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified, you must have deposited at least once using your own registered payment method, and your account balance must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash and Nagad are processed within an average of 15 minutes. Requests submitted via Rocket or bank card may take up to 24 hours. Processing times are measured from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved by cricknx's payments team and are not guaranteed in cases of payment provider outages or system maintenance.
4.6 Withdrawal Fees. cricknx does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Expedited withdrawal requests or transactions that exceed standard thresholds may be subject to processing fees, which will be disclosed to you before you confirm the withdrawal.
4.7 Bonus Fund Withdrawals. Bonus funds credited to your account are not directly withdrawable. To convert bonus funds to real, withdrawable cash, you must meet the wagering requirement associated with the applicable promotion. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are disclosed on the relevant promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
4.8 Suspicious Transactions. cricknx monitors all account transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other prohibited activities. If a transaction is flagged as suspicious, cricknx reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline the transaction pending investigation. Users are obligated to cooperate fully with any investigation, including providing documentation of the source of deposited funds.
4.9 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution in respect of a deposit that was validly processed by cricknx is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. cricknx reserves the right to close the account of any user who initiates an unjustified chargeback and to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means.
4.10 Currency. All accounts on the cricknx platform are denominated exclusively in BDT. cricknx does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If your payment method operates in a currency other than BDT, your provider's prevailing exchange rate will apply and any conversion costs are your responsibility.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting markets and casino games available on the cricknx platform. By placing a bet or launching a game, you accept these rules without reservation.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. cricknx reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Verbal or chat-based confirmations are not valid. cricknx is not obligated to accept any bet that has not been formally confirmed through the platform interface.
5.2 Odds and Prices. All betting odds displayed on the cricknx platform are expressed in decimal format and are correct at the time of display. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious error in displayed odds — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by technical malfunction — cricknx reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes without prior notice.
5.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected sports and events. In-play bets are accepted subject to the event still being in progress at the time of bet placement. Cricket in-play markets may be suspended during key moments — including wickets, no-balls, and Duckworth-Lewis calculations — at cricknx's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension are void.
5.4 Settlement of Bets. Bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant sporting body (e.g., the International Cricket Council for international cricket, the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures). In the event of a dispute between the official result and the result used for settlement, the official result will take precedence. cricknx will not re-settle bets based on retrospective result changes unless the original result was demonstrably incorrect at the time of settlement.
5.5 Casino Games. All casino games available on the cricknx platform use certified random number generators provided and maintained by the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. cricknx does not modify game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as published by its developer and applies uniformly to all users.
5.6 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network disconnection or technical failure during a live casino game or sports bet, cricknx's server logs will be used to determine the outcome of any affected round or bet. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a server-side fault, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance. cricknx is not responsible for disconnections caused by issues on your side, including mobile data interruptions or browser crashes.
5.7 Prohibited Betting Practices. The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on the cricknx platform: arbitrage betting using multiple accounts or bonus abuse; placing bets on the same market from multiple accounts belonging to the same individual; using automated betting software, bots, or algorithmic systems to place bets; and any form of match-fixing, corruption, or use of inside information. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited betting practices will be closed and all associated winnings forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions
cricknx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms disclosed on the relevant promotion page as well as the general conditions set out below.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. Any bonus, free bet, cashback offer, or promotional credit made available by cricknx is offered at cricknx's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time prior to a player claiming it. Once claimed, the terms applicable at the time of claiming apply for the duration of the promotion.
6.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, each registered cricknx account is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including by registering additional accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings, as well as possible account closure.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page and is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages for each game category are disclosed on the promotion page.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have a validity period, which begins at the time the bonus is credited to your account. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Validity periods are clearly stated on each promotion page and cannot be extended.
6.5 Seasonal Promotions. cricknx runs seasonal promotional campaigns tied to major events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are available for a limited time and are subject to additional specific terms published at the time of each campaign. Players are responsible for reviewing the specific terms of each seasonal promotion before opting in.
6.6 cricknx's Right to Withhold Bonuses. cricknx reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or promotion from an account that cricknx reasonably believes has been claimed in bad faith, through the exploitation of a technical error, through collusion, or through any other means inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour. The determination of what constitutes normal recreational gambling behaviour is made by cricknx in its sole and reasonable discretion.
Welcome Bonuses
First-deposit bonus offers are available to new cricknx account holders. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus cap, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirement for each welcome offer are disclosed on the dedicated promotion page at the time the offer is live.
Reload & Cashback Offers
Existing cricknx players may be eligible for periodic reload bonuses and cashback offers on net losses within a defined period. Cashback is typically credited as bonus funds subject to a reduced wagering requirement compared to standard deposit bonuses.
VIP & Loyalty Rewards
Active cricknx players accumulate loyalty points on qualifying bets and game rounds. Loyalty points contribute to VIP tier progression, with higher tiers unlocking improved bonus terms, faster withdrawal processing, and access to exclusive promotions and dedicated account management.
7. User Obligations
By using the cricknx platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
7.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use the cricknx platform solely for lawful recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use the platform to facilitate, assist, or participate in any form of criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or the financing of terrorism.
7.2 Own Account Only. You must only access and use your own registered cricknx account. You must not access, attempt to access, or use any other user's account. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf, except where expressly permitted by cricknx in writing.
7.3 Accuracy of Communications. All information you provide to cricknx — whether during registration, KYC verification, support communications, or promotion claims — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to cricknx is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
7.4 No Interference with the Platform. You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any aspect of the cricknx platform, including its security measures, game integrity systems, odds generation systems, or payment processing infrastructure. You must not use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or artificial intelligence system to interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human use.
7.5 Responsible Gaming. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and agree to use the cricknx platform responsibly. You are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings, including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. You accept that cricknx cannot be held liable for financial losses incurred through your use of the platform, provided those losses result from your own free and informed decisions to place bets or play casino games.
7.6 Intellectual Property. All content on the cricknx platform — including but not limited to graphics, software, game assets, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of cricknx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from cricknx.

8. Account Suspension & Closure
cricknx reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or where closure is required to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.
8.1 Suspension by cricknx. cricknx may suspend your account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that your account activity breaches these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or the rights of any third party. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, place bets, or access casino games. Your account balance will be preserved during a suspension unless the investigation results in forfeiture as outlined in clause 8.3.
8.2 Closure by cricknx. cricknx may permanently close your account if: you are found to have breached these Terms & Conditions in a material way; your account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; you are found to be under the age of 18; you have provided false identity or contact information; or you have engaged in prohibited betting practices as described in Section 5.7. Upon closure for cause, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits (net of any bonuses and prohibited-activity winnings) will be returned to the original payment method at cricknx's discretion.
8.3 Forfeiture of Funds. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform by a person under the age of 18, cricknx reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance — including deposited funds — and to report the matter to appropriate Bangladeshi financial or law enforcement authorities. This is a measure of last resort and will only be applied in cases of serious, evidenced misconduct.
8.4 Voluntary Closure by You. You may request the voluntary closure of your cricknx account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, you are advised to withdraw your remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you owe to cricknx arising from activity prior to closure.
8.5 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, cricknx offers a self-exclusion facility as described in the Responsible Gaming section of this site. Self-exclusion is a permanent measure and takes priority over any voluntary closure request. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened without a mandatory cooling-off period and a direct request to cricknx support. 8.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. cricknx will notify you via your registered contact details before applying a dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 36 consecutive months may be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
